- 97.5% UV light transmission supports stable exposure for Revo MAX resin printing.
- Revo 16K MAX tracks film usage and shows a “Replace Release Film” reminder.
- The Heated Resin Vat uses a standard release film installation method, so you can cut and install an aftermarket release film yourself. For easier film swaps and a more consistent fit, we recommend pairing it with the matching Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film for Mighty Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat.

Product Overview
Product Overview
Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film is the official release film for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat. Made from 0.15 mm PFA (nFEP) material with 97.5% UV light transmission and 40,000+ release cycles, it is optimized for heated printing environments. The Revo 16K MAX also tracks film usage and shows a replacement reminder when the recommended threshold is reached, making planned maintenance easier.
Product Introduction
Phrozen PFA (nFEP) Film is the official replacement consumable for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat. The release film sits at the bottom of the resin vat, allowing UV light to pass through while helping the cured layer separate from the vat bottom. It is one of the key consumables that affects print quality and print success rate in resin 3D printing.
This PFA (nFEP) release film is built for durability and stable light transmission. It is heat-resistant and long-lasting, helping support high-quality printing over repeated use. Together with the Revo 16K MAX built-in Film life tracking system, the printer automatically reminds you when usage reaches the recommended replacement threshold.
Note: This version is for the Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat. If you use the Quick-Release Resin Vat, the size and installation method are different. Please choose the Quick-Release Resin Vat version instead.
Key Features
- Heated Resin Vat only: This film is made for the Sonic Mighty Revo 16K MAX Heated Resin Vat. If you use the Quick-Release Resin Vat, choose the matching Quick-Release Resin Vat version.
- Durable PFA (nFEP) material: PFA (nFEP) has lower release force, longer lifespan, and stronger chemical resistance than standard FEP, helping reduce peel force and lower print failure risk.
- Ultra-high 97.5% UV light transmission: More even light transmission helps shorten exposure time and maintain 16K high-resolution print quality.
- Built-in film lifespan detection: The Revo 16K MAX tracks cumulative usage and automatically displays a "Replace Release Film" alert on the print screen once the recommended replacement threshold is reached, so maintenance is based on data, not guesswork.
- Protective packaging: The film is wrapped with cardboard to help prevent creases and contamination during shipping, so it is ready touseafter opening.

Use and care tips
-
Before first installation, follow the official tutorial video to make sure the film is secured correctly.
-
After each print, gently wipe resin residue from the film surface with a paper towel to help extend its lifespan.
-
Avoid using sharp tools, such as metal scrapers, on the film surface.
-
If you notice damage, punctures, or heavy clouding, replace the film immediately to help prevent resin leaks from damaging the LCD.
